Booking, wait times, and policies

The questions clients actually ask, answered plainly. Anything else — call or text us, or ask when you book online.

How much wait time is included at pickup?

Airport pickups include 45 minutes of wait time after your flight lands, so there's no clock running while you clear baggage claim. All other pickups include 15 minutes. If you're delayed beyond that, your chauffeur stays in touch rather than leaving you stranded.

Do you provide car seats?

Yes. Infant, forward-facing, and booster seats are each available on any vehicle — up to two of each per trip, for a small flat fee shown in your quote. Select what you need when you book and the vehicle arrives with the seats installed.

What is the cancellation policy?

Trips booked at least two hours before pickup cancel free until two hours before pickup; after that, the trip total applies. Trips booked closer to pickup can be cancelled free within 15 minutes of booking; after that, a fee based on the vehicle's hourly rate applies, never exceeding the trip total.

Is gratuity included or expected?

Gratuity is never required and never added automatically. If your chauffeur provided great service, you're welcome to add a tip — it's entirely at your discretion.

How far in advance can I book — and how last-minute?

You can book up to 90 days ahead, and as little as two hours before pickup. Peak dates — proms, graduations, December weekends — fill first.

Can we make extra stops along the way?

Yes — add up to five stops to any trip when booking, each with up to 15 minutes at the stop. Longer waits between destinations are a better fit for hourly service, where the car simply stays with you.

How does payment work?

You pay by card online — the price is fixed when you book, and your card is authorized before the trip and charged after it completes. No cash changes hands in the car, and receipts arrive by email.

Do I need an account to book?

No. You can book as a guest with just your contact details, and look your trip up any time with your confirmation and phone number. An account adds saved addresses, trip history, and faster rebooking.
