Corporate car service in Atlanta
One account for the whole company: your people book their own rides, the charges land on a single monthly invoice, and nobody files an expense report for a car. Set up by a short conversation — call (470) 485-2117 and we will have you booking the same week.
Billed monthly, on your terms
Rides booked to the company account carry no card at the time of travel. Each month closes into one itemised invoice — every trip, every passenger, every amount — issued on the net terms we agree, typically Net-15 or Net-30. Your finance team gets one bill to reconcile instead of a month of individual receipts.
Every booking can carry a PO number and a cost center, and the account can require them, so the coding is done at the point of travel rather than reconstructed at month end.
Your assistant can book for you
An executive assistant gets their own login and books on behalf of the executives they support — no shared passwords, no forwarding itineraries. Each assistant sees only the people they have been linked to, and only that person's business travel. The executive approves the link before it takes effect.
See where the travel budget goes
Your account administrator gets a running view of spend, trip count and cancellations, broken down by the people booking, alongside every past invoice and its status. Adding or removing colleagues takes a moment and does not need us.
The same service, on account
A corporate account changes how the ride is paid for, not what it is: the same ATL airport transfers with flight tracking, hourly chauffeur service for client days and roadshows, and the same chauffeured sedans, SUVs and Sprinters. Corporate passengers also see their chauffeur's details earlier than the standard release.
Questions about gratuity, wait time, cancellation or child seats are answered in the FAQ. Anything specific to your company's travel policy, ask us directly — we would rather agree it up front than surprise you on an invoice.
Opening an account
Call (470) 485-2117 or email reservations@CumberlandCS.com. We will confirm billing terms, set the account up, and make your first administrator — usually whoever manages travel — who can then add colleagues themselves. If your team already books with us individually, we can move those riders onto the account.
